We offer resident representative services on site available 24 hrs to give immediate response as soon the customer on site requires quality support with:

  • Immediate notification to our represented customer
  • Immediate Implementation containment of material in process, warehouse, finished product, coordination for review of material in transit and establishment of Clean Point at all points of material flow, since by offering our services, we have staff available and experienced, which reduces response time.
  • Initial analysis of the quality problem to determine effective containment and determine whether the quality problem is inherent in the part or some other possible cause if required by customer.
  • Link between our customer and the on site customer.
  • Follow up to Corrective Actions.
  • Implementation of indicators.
  • Professional reports of quality indicators.
  • Sending and receiving parts to source plant as required.
  • Hand Carrier service if required.
  • Moving to another location as required.
