Courses – Workshops of Standards application and Roles of personnel positions related to standards application

In PCA we understand that in an organization is needed to provide specific training of some tools and topics with a value added more than the theoretical learning providing a dynamic and practical use of tools as part of the daily work, based on that we offer Systemic Approach Courses-Workshop, focus on reach that the participant be able o understand an operate the relationship between the core tools, Quality management system, Customer Specific requirements, quality complaints, customer satisfaction, impact on KPIs, preparation and participation internal, external and customer audits.

In that sense our courses provide a simulation of different scenarios using real examples organized and structured to analyze and work during our courses – workshops that cover all those topics.

Our base courses workshop are:

• Interaction between all quality tools, management system, CSRs.
• Implementation of CSR´s in the quality management system.
• Problem solving (Systemic approach).
• Quality Engineering (Systemic approach).
• External and internal KPIs analysis and management.
• Structures workshops for specific topics required by customer or suggested by PQS.
