Our offer is mainly based on Courses – Workshop Systemic Approach, focused on reach that the participant being able to make an inter relation between all the documents involved with the Core tools, the quality management system, the Customer Specific Requirements, quality claims, the satisfaction of the customer, the management of indicators and the correct preparation and attention of audits of the management system or corporate that involve documentation with real and practical examples for a real management of the tools through real examples structured in a way that simulates usage within real-world scenarios.
